With this effort, studies in order to decrease the risk of an accident are held and all improvement chances are evaluated. At the same time, all activities devoted to improve the work area are encouraged.

Istanbul Shipyard can process 10.000 tons of steal a year with its new building area, slipway (135m. x 28m.), pier (100m.) and quay (120m.) with the professional staff in each branch. Istanbul Shipyard also has a block construction premise; 10 km. away from the shipyard, located in Aydinli. Beyond 6500mē open area the premise has 2800mē closed workshops.
