ISTANBUL SHIPYARD
Shipyard which has been founded in 1980, joined under the flag of SNR Holding in August 2003 and together with a continuing large-scale infrastructure study named as Istanbul Shipyard. Although activities were limited to slipping operations and small size new building, after 2003 first stage of modernization and infrastructure studies have been accomplished for the aim of being a boutique shipyard especially in the new building of chemical tankers.
11 pcs of new building chemical tanker projects have been successfully delivered between the years 2004 to 2009, in varying range of 5.850 DWTs and 10.500 DWTs. Two of those projects were 5700 DWT IMO II Ice Class 1A Stainless Steel Chemical Tankers and all cargo tanks of those vessels were manufactured with the material Duplex 2205 stainless steel.
In 2005, Istanbul Shipyard implemented its floating dock with 4.200 tons lifting capacity and 96m in length and now with its pier and wharf is capable to assure repair, maintenance and docking services for any type of vessel up to 150m. On average, repair, maintenance or docking services are provided annually for 50 to 60 vessels to local and global ship owners.
When our metal factory started its activities in the beginning of 2006 with 8.000 m2 total area and 3.600 m2 enclosed area, Istanbul Shipyard's annual steel processing capacity increased to 11.800 tons per year.
After the decision taking of Turkish Undersecretariat Defence Industries in order to procure Turkish Coast Guard Command and Turkish Naval Forces requests from domestic shipyards by means of national tenders, Istanbul Shipyard reorganized with all its organizational structure and infrastructure to be participant in the national and global Naval Projects.
With this new structure, Istanbul Shipyard awarded as the contractor of 4 pcs "SAR35 Boats Modernization Project" by Turkish Undersecretariat Defence Industries and 5 pcs "Romanian Border Police Fluvial Patrol Boats Project" by CFCU Romania, after 2008 and delivered with superior performance success. Also in June 2010, Turkish Undersecretariat for Defence Industries has announced Istanbul Shipyard as the preferred bidder for the construction of a Submarine Rescue Mother Ship (MOSHIP) and two Rescue and Towing Ships (RATSHIPs) for the Turkish Navy.
As the investments grow with new projects, Shipyard is also developing with its layout, facilities, and machinery infrastructure. By the end of July 2011, capability shall be given as below:

ABS CONS. FACTORY
ABS Steel Construction Factory has 5000 tones annual steel processing capacity. There are 100 pieces manual welding machines,65 pieces gas metal arc welding machines and 4 pieces submerged arc welding machines to use during welding process of production.
4 pcs forklifts, 2 pcs mobile cranes and 4 pcs 10 tons cranes are used for lifting and carrying at the factory. There are 1 piece generator and 1 piece fixed generator in order to not to stop production in any situation like public power blackouts. In general, subcontractors are used at ABS Steel Construction Factory for the execution of the production but ABS Factory has 35 people permanent stuff. About 200 workers work for the subcontractors when the factory is working in full capacity . -

SEFT DESIGN COMPANY
SEFT has been founded in the early 2000s and began making ship theory calculations, and then the finest alterations and modifications on the existing ships of the market and different types of ship designs. The company has earned a national reputation for innovative and successful designs of the wide range of ships and has been a leader in creating cost-efficient vessels for services in the marine transportation industry. Experience includes designs from small fishing boats to chemical tankers, however the company is well known for its studies in the multipurpose and general dry cargo field.
Located on the Tuzla Shipyard Region, SEFT became known as a trusted engineering team and now selling its services also to the global market such as shipyards, ship-owners and operators.
Additionally SEFT is working as a design office, project / engineering office and research and development center for Istanbul Shipyard and Yıldırım Shipyard which are members of the SNR Holding.
Its main philosophy is long-term customer relationship with their extensive experience and capabilities supported with smart partnership.

Şener Petrol Ship Management was established in 1980 Istanbul, Türkiye ans operates a modern fleet of highly sophisticated chemical/oil tankers. Şener Petrol Denizcilik Ticaret A.Ş has specialized in transportation of liquid products within 3 main categories.
Petroleum products including lubricating oils edible products, vegetable oils, fats, oleo chemicals, molasses, wax etc. acids, solvents, sophisticated chemical products etc. We cover voyage charter, time-charter, contracts of affreightment and other types of shipping contracts, which our customers may desire. ATS SHIPPING
ATS Shipping has been founded in 2000 and owns three chemical tankers M/T Necati-S, M/T Azra-S, M/T Özden-S. Company mainly focused on petroleum derivatives and chemical products shipping. Additionally company also performs ship building activities besides brokerage of bulk and liquid cargos. Furthermore ATS shipping performs ship brokerage services for chartering and purchasing & sales of the vessels.

ABS PV FACTORY
The production of ABS High Velocity Pressure Vacuum Valves consists of a series of quality checkpoints, performed by the quality assurance team.
All components, at the end of each production process are transferred to the next step via control team, carrying out various test methods, as simple as measurements to extensive capacity experiments. As each process is subject to statistical quality control procedures, also traceability of each component in the design is assured. Therefore, the quality of each single product is guaranteed within the system. All the sub-contractors hold ISO-9001 certificates while material tests and calibrations are performed via accredited organizations.
ABS PV, on the implementation phase of ISO9001:2008 quality management system, establishes an integrated management system backbone including environmental and occupational health and safety systems. With the participation of all individuals of the organization, ABS PV serves its customers with certain reliability.

Pasifik Insurance was established in 2000 at Balat / Istanbul Türkiye and since March 2005 performing its activities under the flag of SNR Holding A.Ş.

UZAY PETROL
Uzay Petrol has been continuing to serve its customers with its experienced staff for 26 years since it has been founded in 1985 as a village oil-station in Gürpinar County. First Uzay Petrol was a branch of Petrol Ofisi when it was founded, and now it is serving as a branch Shell for the last 10 years. In 1996, after the reconstruction period, Uzay Petrol turned into a modern facility that meets today's needs with its updated software and modernized network.
